About the role

An opportunity has arisen to join our client's customer service team based in Rhodes. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from either a mechanical trade and/or have experience within the automotive industry (dealership or OEM).

You will be a client's first point of contact and provide exceptional service when they need it most. Your experience within the automotive industry will put you one step ahead when taking calls and gathering key information required in order to provide the right assistance, whether it be optimal over the phone resolution, dispatch of roadside assistance/towing or potentially emergency services.

The opportunity is full-time, however part-time applicants will be considered. Hybrid working options are available for employees who have completed their initial 6 months within the business or are required to work late shifts and/or weekends.

The roster is scheduled on a quarterly basis, and you will have the ability to put your starting time preferences forward ahead of the quarter. Weekend work is required however, a system is in place to offer every second weekend off.
