The company was established in 2005 specifically as the recruitment arm for de JAGER Executive Search. In June 2019 the executive search expertise was consolidated into Oryx People to expand the offering and know-how within the company. Our dedicated team have over 50 years of combined recruitment and industry experience. We are widely recognised as trusted advisors, creating long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Working both in Australia and internationally, we have developed, through our reputation, a substantial and diverse global network of passive and active candidates to secure the best talent.
