In addition to the Basic Package we can provide additional &#8220;Self-Awareness Packages&#8221; which use proprietary assessment software to deliver insights into where an individual work preference may lie, based on personality and motivational values.\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\n\t<strong>Option 1 &#8211; Basic Package (Provided at no cost)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\tCompletion and return of Career Planning Questionnaire \/ Reflection Exercise provided by Oryx People to the candidate.&nbsp;\n\n\t30 &#8211;&nbsp;45 minute&nbsp;video or phone discussion to review &#8211;&nbsp;\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tthe insights from the Career Planning Questionnaire \/ Reflection Exercise&nbsp;<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tprovide advice on resume content and layout, particularly the importance of detailing career highlights&nbsp;<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tprovide advice on interview technique, especially focusing on an effective presentation using a video format&nbsp;<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tdiscussion of online presence including LinkedIn&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\n\t<strong>Option 2 &#8211; Basic Package with Spotlight Personality Assessment&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\t(Nominal cost for online assessment however the&nbsp;debrief&nbsp;will be provided pro bono)&nbsp;\n\n\tIn addition to the Basic Package, this requires the job seeker&nbsp;to complete a 30-minute online questionnaire designed by psychologists to analyse how an individual behaves,&nbsp;their&nbsp;work strengths and where individuals&#8217; work preferences may lie. Spotlight improves individual learning and development outcomes through heightened self-awareness and action planning.\n\n\tThe four elements of the Spotlight Development Framework are:\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tStrengths: are the positive and productive behaviours that an individual does well that require little effort on their part.<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tWeaknesses: are the less appealing aspects of an individual&#8217;s style that appear when things are not going well. Note any strength can become a weakness if it is taken to extremes.<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tFrustrations: refer to the adverse reaction an individual may have to another person&#8217;s behaviour. Frustrations arise because the approach of another person is so different from the individuals own that prolonged exposure to them can trigger the weakness behaviours.<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tSuggested actions: provide the development suggestions that support the individual to understand what they offer and how to change their behaviour to capitalise on the strengths of others and to manage their own on-going personal and leadership development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"personal-values\">\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.oryxpeople.com.au\/employers\/career-assistance-package\">Personal Values Inventory<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\tAn online questionnaire to discover what your top 10 core values are.
