The Brief

We listen and gain an understanding of your company, it's strategy, culture and people and of course, the requirements of the role.

The Plan

After speaking with you in depth, we prepare a tailored recruitment plan which then acts as a guide / benchmark during the entire recruitment process.

The Identification

Through advertising, database research and network contacts we source the best available people.

The Assessment

We interview every potential candidate at length and evaluate them against the agreed criteria. We then present you with a shortlist of only the most suitable candidates.

The Presentation

The short list of candidates is then discussed with you and client interviews are coordinated. Regular discussion is maintained until the preferred candidate is established. References are thoroughly checked at this stage.

The Appointment

We facilitate the contractual negotiations between the business partners. Post appointment follow up with both partners is conducted to ensure respective expectations are being realised. We remain in regular contact with you, right up to and after the appointment is made.
