For the past four years, Jochen has been successfully placing Sales and Marketing professionals across a variety of different industries and blue chip organisations. Understanding that it is imperative to gain a solid understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your Sales and Marketing department in helping you achieve your business objectives.
Jochen has also gained valuable international recruitment experience, working in London for a global recruitment firm and has returned as an establishing partner of Oryx People.

Senior Consultant: Accounting & Finance
A business graduate, originating from the northeast of Scotland, Jane has over 6 years recruitment experience gained specifically within accounting and finance, in the UK and Sydney market.
Her career has additionally encompassed roles within procurement, sales and administration and this strong business and customer care focus has enabled her to assist both clients and candidates with recruitment solutions, market trends, employment opportunities and career advice.
Jane’s consultative approach and genuine care for her clients and candidates echoes the ethos of Oryx People where the “strength of partnerships” is valued and respected.

Senior Consultant: Office Support
Prior to joining Oryx People, Karolien worked for 3 years at a global recruitment company, specialising in Office Support Recruitment. Her previous work experience includes office support positions within the Public Relations and Human Resources industries.
Karolien has a strong customer service focus. Karolien places great value on developing a thorough understanding of her client’s business, culture, and people requirements.
Karolien prides herself on building long lasting relationships with her candidates and gains great satisfaction in placing her candidates in the roles that match their work experience, personality and cultural fit.

Office Manager/Team Support
Karen works closely with the consultants using the latest technology to support the research process. She is committed to delivering high quality service to benefit both candidates and clients.
Her professional career started in the Education field firstly as a teacher and then as an Information Centre Coordinator. Previously, Karen held a senior position with a leading international IT organization during which time she conducted training in their various centres across Asia Pacific.
Outside of the office, Karen’s interests lie in reading, aquarobics, walking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
